Our founders know firsthand the struggles of travel planning and sorting through all the considerations for ASD friendly travel. They know what it means to stay home because past trips were just too hard. They know what it means to feel lost in a sea of information and options when trying to plan an ASD friendly trip. They know what it means to plan a trip and hope for the best, only to have to cancel those plans partway through a trip.

This is why we are building Awayster. It will become the first travel planning platform, enhanced by community-shared insight, to support individuals and families who experience the world through the lens of autism. What we’re building now is more than a travel platform; it’s a movement to make travel inclusive, empowering, and accessible for the autism community.

Our mission is to live out our passion for helping individuals and families blessed with neurodiversity travel better by empowering connection, exploration, and education, to create cherished memories through best-in-class trip planning technology and online collaborative communities.
